Engaging Students with Visual Design
Why and how to use visual design in your course - no graphic design experience needed!
Welcome to Engaging Students with Visual Design: the course! This set of learning modules has been assembled to guide you through seven principles that will give you a foundation for making informative and engaging course learning materials. While the purpose of this course is not to transform you into a professional graphic designer, it will equip you with skills and knowledge needed to make informed design decisions as you create your course visuals. Our ultimate goal is, of course, to provide all students with positive and impactful learning experience through the power of visual design.

This course contains a lot of content, nine modules to be exact, which include activities, videos and short articles. You will receive the modules in a delayed sequence with the next module becoming available every five days. Look for an email from me (Nina Kim) that indicates the content is available to you and gives you a little introduction to what you'll be learning next.
